"I studied bachelor degree in philosophy in France and I studied theatre as well in Lille, the northeast of France, starting five years ago.

I got involved in philosophy because I was looking for something, some kind of ideas...

There's something I really love in philosophy, which is suspension of judgments. Which means basically that we all have this natural instinct to make judgments. If I see a cup of coffee, this is a cup of coffee, this is not a game of saying, like, maybe, it doesn't exist.No, I see a cup of coffee henceforth there is a cup of coffee.

This case sounds silly to question, but it comes, in my opinion, more interesting with emotions. We tend to feel angry, sad or happy against/about something and judge in the same move that this thing is offensive, hurtful or satisfying. But it happens quite often that we got it wrong. The issue of rushing to conclusions / getting the pictures wrong is something that, somehow, quite triggers me and matters to me. This is where something like suspending judgment may come into play. "

peta: "Is there anything you want to explore in the topic of dreaming?"

Geoffrey: "Yes, actually it precises something I think will come to my direction in philosophy and also in acting. Because I feel this state of dreaming, the way we take things which are happening now into dreams, but not only that. I also believe in the highest, I study a little bit of delusions and let´s say emotional states and in the unfolding of this stuff. It looks like there are some similarities in the dreaming and in these and it´s mindblowing to me and I am sure there will be coming some ideas. It´s just ideas yet, like Entwürfe. Because, in my nightmares stuff is happening and I feel them before they are actually happening. (Snips his finger) It´s like my body forces something to come to my mind and I see, it´s like I´m scared before I see a scary thing in my nightmares."

peta: "Mh! Would you say, love is the most unfair, or all emotions are?"

G: "I think, love. Because we all have this idea, maybe it´s a wrong idea, I don´t know, but love is a special connection, like, when you see someone and „Bah!“ (Snips finger). And this is love. This is not something else like commitment, again, or decisions, whatever. But there is something that is just this, „Clack, wow!“ And this is unfair, because you cannot decide it."

peta: "You kind of know when its happening. You know if it´s happening to yourself, but do you if it happens to the other person?"

Geoffrey: "That´s actually a good question. Something highly, highly, highly misterious. And actually, the question you ask for me is a massiv question now because the takes over the one love, there is uncertainty, and sometimes I felt it and I felt it with someone like in someone in one second, in a look, it´s like „Bah!“ It´s happened and I feel, we had moments. But is it actually not just my Vorurteil from my side? I had a moment, but the other one might just looked at me „nope“. And I am like, I was sure, like „Bah!“, I had this feeling for sure, nobody looked at me like this, but maybe it´s just me. I made it up. I wanted it to happen."
